Conceptual design

Final architectural design for a project like Lindsey Hill costs huge sums of money.  That level of design doesn’t occur until use, concept, and scope of project have been blessed by Planning and Zoning and City Council as part of the rezoning process.  It’s important, though, that neighbors and nearby residents have a sense of the design direction.  Pursuant to the PDD Standards Book, we have committed to a design approach that must be substantially similar to the conceptual design images displayed on this page.

Our architectural inclinations are “traditional with a modern twist.”  We admire buildings that interact comfortably with their environs and express authenticity of their own time.  Organic evolution, use of state-of-the-art technologies and materials, and elegant design all inform our thinking and excite and challenge our design team.
