Sensitivity to neighbors

Our neighbors are important to us.  They deserve to be excited when the project is completed.  While there are only a few owner-occupied properties across from Lindsey Hill, their needs have been on our minds from the beginning.  In some places, that means keeping existing buildings, but updating their facades.  Overall, the property's existing footprint won't change dramatically.  In fact, the only real footprint change is along the site's busiest corridor, Moore Street.
