Designing up--not out--to protect natural features

Preserve, protect, and showcase heritage trees.  Provide publicly-available open spaces.  Maintain and enhance site topography.  Those objectives are central to the Lindsey Hill program.  But how do you accomplish those goals?

Instead of filling the site with three story buildings covering the entirety of the property, design buildings that are slightly taller to open up valueable ground space, reduce impervious cover, and showcase natural features.
